Aunque no estés lista para usar ropa de maternidad es posible que sientas<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>tu ropa incómoda y molesta. Las prendas elasticadas en la cintura que te permita usarlas cómo te sienta más cómodo incluso debajo de la barriga, puede ser una solución.</span></p>

La natación y caminar son ejercicios excelentes que se pueden realizar durante los nueve meses.</span></p>

También te ayudará para volver a tu silueta después que nazca tu bebé. Desgraciadamente no hay evidencia que señale que el ejercicio regular acorte el trabajo de parto.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: #40463c; font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Antes de que estuvieras embarazada, el útero tenía más o menos el tamaño de una pera; ahora tiene el tamaño de una toronja (pomelo). Este rápido aumento de tamaño y peso puede hacer que los ligamentos que lo aguantan se estiren, causando molestias. Sin embargo, todavía es un poco pronto para que esto ocurra, por lo que si sientes dolor o incomodidad, es mejor que llames al doctor, especialmente si además tienes manchas de sangre en la ropa interior, hemorragia, fiebre, escalofríos, flujo vaginal que no te parece normal, mareos o molestia al orinar, o bien, si el dolor no se calma después de descansar unos minutos. </span></p>
