Si las náuseas ya son una cosa del pasado, empezarás a mostrar ciertas preferencias o <span style="color: windowtext; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">antojos</span>. Es muy común sentir un fuerte deseo por algún alimento en especial en cualquier hora del día.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11pt;">Intenta no sucumbir a la tentación de comer alimentos que no aportan los nutrientes que necesitas. Evita los dulces, las patatas fritas etc.</span><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;"> Una forma de no sentirte tan hambrienta es comer tres comidas al día con dos o tres merienditas entre ellas. Saltarse comidas durante el embarazo no es bueno porque puede afectar el nivel de azúcar en la sangre e incluso causarte mareos.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;">Seguramente has notado que tu cintura ha crecido. Es importante que te vistas con ropa holgada y cómoda. La ropa apretada no es aconsejable.</span></p>
